TODAY TRAINING POWER LA!About 2.45pm,all the sec threes started to fall in as training was conducted MR Yue Tong Sir.For the first time in my whole career in npcc,i can say that it was super fun for the first 45 minutes.The way we did the drills were so awesome man.Then,Jason Sir arrived along with Mr Kwok.Jason Sir started commanding us while Mr Kwok spotted our mistakes.Then,It was time for water break.5 minutes.
Following that,all the sec 3s had to take a rifle each and head to the 5th floor where we were in push-up position for a continuous 20minutes......PAIN SIA!!nvm about that.Then,Jason Sir taught us some basic rifle drills until about 4pm.We then changed to pur PT-KIT and ran around the school twice.COOL SIA.The Sec 3s and 4s sang songs while we ran.And then,after it was over,Jason Sir gave us the dismissal drill and we were all dismissed.POWER!!!!!!!!!!!-VIMALAN SAYS....IF YA SMELLLLLLLLLLLLL WHAT VIMALAN!IS COOKIN!!?-(POSTED BY THE GREAT ONE)(VIMALAN)
