It's Been Awhile
Okay,so.... these past few months i have not been updating due to exams,laziness etc.
What I'd like to post now about is what has been going on around lately
Lately,I've attended many things,STC briefing,LMSC and the recent PK course.....
STC briefing was like alright although we did stuff like discussing group names and choosing flags etc.,I enjoyed it ALOT cos like most of my group mates I personally know from my experience in NPAP and last year's ATC. I think that they should've organised it in such a way that we get to know each other in a more closed environment because after judging from some people's body language,they are clearly afraid to talk openly
I MEAN THE HALL IS HUGE
and imagine many many people there......it's difficult to talk openly
For LMSC,theoretically it's duration is very very long(8am-5pm+)
HOWEVER,I found the lecture quite interesting but the games were LAME(no offense to organisers) but they managed to fulfill it's purpose of teaching the basic fundamentals of being a leader
I think that the lecture was better in bonding between the teams and not the games
Why? In the lecture we were given a task and in the activity we had an open discussion where everyone voiced their opinions on their solutions and made jokes etc.
I am going to end this by posting about what I think now.I think that I'm obviously not fit to be a leader and have not improved much at all/deproved in my standard (thus the persistent scolding I receive) and that I don't feel motivated anymore. I'm just fed-up with trying 'cause nothing seems to work anymore and I feel like I've failed so I'm giving up.
